Styrenic block copolymer TPE compounds are made from styrene and an elastomeric part connected in alternating blocks. Styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) is a common type. A related polymer is styrene-ethylene butylene-styrene (SEBS), which is more resistant to oxidation and outdoor weathering.
